Twenty years ago, when we returned from a public mission in England, we fulfilled a dream; We set up vacation units on our property in the center of Yokne’am Moshava, located in the heart of the Jezreel Valley and at the entrance to Menashe Park.
We have built wood cabins in a rural atmosphere which are designed to host either individuals, couples or families.
Over the years we had advanced and developed our knowledge and love for hospitality. We continued to focus on the Israeli public as well as International tourism, with the emphasis that our location is an ideal gateway for trips and attractions in the Galilee and the Golan Heights, as well as in the coastal plain, the Carmel Mountain and more.
Our guests include managers, engineers and many guests from high-tech companies in Yokne’am.
Alongside the management of the guest units by Lily, she continued to work as a teacher of blind and visually impaired children in the education system. Over the years, her vision diminished, and for the past three years, Lily has been using her guidance dog, Zita.
Today Lilly continues her day-to-day management of the Numa Emek guest units, as well as lecturing on blindness and the use of guide dogs, as well as workshops on accessibility to the blind person.
For about a decade, Miki ran some assisted living residences, and later went with Lilly to another mission in Vancouver, Canada, as the director of the JNF (Jewish National Fund) in British Columbia.
Our vision is to provide hosting services with an emphasis on personal attention at the highest level and availability, and quick response to every need and request. In Numa Emek, our guest becomes a part of the family.
